CoCo verification through certified partners SOTI service in the cloud SOTIHosted has been designed to relieve the burden from IT departments in the deployment and support of sophisticated mobile devices and services. We provide a secure data facility that hosts a dedicated instance of SOTI MobiControl for each of its clients. This ensures that an organisation no longer has to install and support a dedicated mobile management server. Additionally, if a user has a problem with their device, Herbert-Condico will proactively support that user until a resolution is found. This may range from a simple lost password, low battery alert to a stolen device requiring a remote wipe. As new software updates are released the SOTIHosted service will ensure that the updates are delivered at a time of the client’s choosing and installed when the device is not being used, this offers a great saving in costs as IT no longer has to bring devices back into the office to be updated. Condico-Herbert can also provide client application support. This removes all responsibility for supporting mobile users from the IT team whilst ensuring their mobile end users have the same level of service as their desktop users.
